• Profile listings, bio copy, and platform-published content

• Certifications or credentials you choose to submit (e.g., FFL license, ACGG membership)
• Images, documents, or media you upload

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Device type, operating system, and browser
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration, referral source

GunsmithZR does not currently process payments. When billing features are introduced, payment data will be handled exclusively by a PCI-compliant third-party processor. Pulse Frontier, Inc. will not store raw card numbers or sensitive financial data on its own systems.

How We Use Your Information

• Create, verify, and manage your account
• Display public profile listings and directory entries
• Enable messaging and communication tools between verified users
• Verify submitted credentials where applicable
• Send transactional and operational communications (account alerts, policy updates)
• Analyze and improve platform performance and user experience
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or sell it to third-party marketers.

Public vs. Private Data

Public information (visible to all users and, where applicable, search engines) includes your business listing, shop name, listed specialties, service descriptions, and any credentials or badges you have chosen to display.

Private information includes your email address, login credentials, private messages, and any content you have not elected to publish on your profile.

You control what appears in your public listing. You may update or restrict your visible information at any time through your account settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics vendors necessary to operate the platform. These vendors are contractually bound to use your data only as directed by us.
• Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pulse Frontier, Inc., its users, or the public.
• Platform integrity — to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.
• Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before any such transfer and before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or compliance obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Following a verified deletion request, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Pulse Frontier, Inc. implements industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and routine security reviews.

No system is completely immune to risk. While we take your data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

GunsmithZR is intended exclusively for use by licensed firearms industry professionals and adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, platform features, or applicable law. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
