Platform Purpose

GunsmithZR is a professional directory and networking platform that connects licensed gunsmiths with one another and with individuals seeking gunsmithing services. The platform provides tools for profile creation, credential display, communication, and professional referral.

No Brokerage — No Sales Involvement — No Agency

GunsmithZR expressly does not:

• Buy, sell, broker, transfer, or facilitate the transfer of any firearm, part, or accessory
• Process, handle, or receive any payment on behalf of any user
• Act as a party to any service agreement, contract, or transaction between users
• Create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Pulse Frontier, Inc. and any user

No relationship between Pulse Frontier, Inc. and any user constitutes an agency relationship. Pulse Frontier, Inc. has no authority or obligation to act on behalf of any user, and no user has authority to act on behalf of Pulse Frontier, Inc.

Eligibility & User Responsibility

To use GunsmithZR, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in firearms-related professional activity in your jurisdiction.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information in your profile and all platform submissions
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including ATF regulations and FFL requirements
• Conduct all transactions, service agreements, and professional engagements independently, without any involvement or liability on the part of Pulse Frontier, Inc.
• Assume all risk associated with any interactions or agreements with other users

Firearms Law Compliance

Users are solely and exclusively responsible for compliance with all applicable firearms laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Federal Firearms License (FFL) requirements under the Gun Control Act
• ATF regulations governing gunsmithing, manufacturing, and repair
• State and local licensing, zoning, and transfer laws
• ITAR and export control requirements where applicable

Listings, Content & Prohibited Conduct

Users may create profile listings, describe services, and upload content in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use GunsmithZR to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Misrepresent professional credentials, licenses, or certifications
• Facilitate any unlawful firearm transaction, transfer, or manufacture
• Upload content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Interfere with platform operations, security, or other users' access
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract platform data without written authorization
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity

Pulse Frontier, Inc. reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Credential Verification & Badges

GunsmithZR may display verification badges (e.g., FFL Verified, ACGG Member) on user profiles. These badges indicate that a user has submitted documentation or attestations supporting the relevant credential. They do not constitute:

• A legal determination of licensure or compliance status
• A warranty or guarantee of professional competence
• An endorsement by Pulse Frontier, Inc.

All users are responsible for independently verifying the credentials and qualifications of any professional they engage with through the platform.

Messaging & Communications

GunsmithZR may provide messaging tools to facilitate communication between users. Pulse Frontier, Inc. is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any communications, commitments, or agreements made between users through these tools or through any other means.

Users must not use platform messaging to transmit unlawful, harassing, threatening, or fraudulent communications.

Payments (Future)

GunsmithZR does not currently process payments. When subscription or membership billing features are introduced, additional payment terms will be published and incorporated into these Terms of Use at that time.

User Assumes All Risk

By using GunsmithZR, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• All interactions with other users occur at your sole risk
• Pulse Frontier, Inc. has no control over, and makes no representations regarding, the conduct, competence, or compliance of any user
• You are solely responsible for evaluating, vetting, and contracting with any professional you identify through the platform
• Firearms-related services carry inherent legal and safety risks that are your responsibility to manage independently

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse Frontier, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
• Losses arising from user interactions, business disputes, or professional engagements
• Any firearm transaction, service, or transfer facilitated through connections made on the platform
• Inaccurate or misleading information posted by users
• Platform downtime, data loss, or service interruptions

In no event shall Pulse Frontier, Inc.'s total liability to any user exceed the greater of (a) fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00) or (b) the total fees paid by the user to Pulse Frontier, Inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GunsmithZR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Pulse Frontier, Inc. does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Account Suspension & Termination

Pulse Frontier, Inc. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account at its sole discretion, including for:

• Violations of these Terms of Use
• Misrepresentation of credentials or identity
• Illegal or harmful activity on or through the platform
• Conduct that threatens the safety, integrity, or reputation of GunsmithZR or its users

Where practicable, we will provide notice of account action. Pulse Frontier, Inc. is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All platform content created by Pulse Frontier, Inc. — including design, code, trademarks, logos, editorial content, and platform architecture — is the exclusive property of Pulse Frontier, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (profile listings, uploaded media, submitted text) remains the property of the respective user. By submitting content to the platform, you grant Pulse Frontier, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use such content solely in connection with operating GunsmithZR.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or your relationship with Pulse Frontier, Inc. ("Dispute") shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except as set forth below.

• Waiver of jury trial: By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
• Class action waiver: All Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity. You may not bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Pulse Frontier, Inc.
• Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for Disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
• Injunctive relief: Pulse Frontier, Inc. may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the platform or infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Seat of arbitration: Arbitration shall be conducted in Manatee County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
• Governing law: These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact Pulse Frontier, Inc. in writing at the address below and provide a reasonable opportunity — not less than 30 days — to resolve the Dispute informally.

Changes to These Terms

Pulse Frontier, Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notice or email at least 14 days prior to the effective date. Your continued use of GunsmithZR after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
